General Info
What simulation software do you use? We use GSPro, an incredibly realistic simulator software known for its high end 4K graphics, authentic ball physics, and a large library of user created courses with nearly 2000 available as of late 2025. The courses on GSPro are all community built, which means more courses are added all the time. Click the button above to search all the currently available courses.
What is Advanced Swing Analysis? Allows you to use our new ProTee VX Labs software along with all 25 swing data parameters and a dual camera setup to allow you to do video analysis of your swing. See the Advanced Swing Analysis page for more information. This data is now included with all tee times and analyzes every shot whether on the driving range or while playing a course.
Please note, there is no instructor or coach available to help you analyze the data or video, however there are links on the above page to sources that will help you better understand how to use the data to analyze your own swing.
How long will it take me to play 18 holes? We recommend reserving 2 – 2 1/2 hours for 2 players, 2 1/2 – 3 hours for 3 players, or 3 – 3 1/2 hours for 4 players. Typically, your first round will take a little longer than normal as you get used to playing in the simulator. Your time may vary…
What if I just want to practice? We’ve got you covered! Sign up for 30 minutes or an hour, or however long you want, and we’ll set you up on the driving range or one of the chipping/putting practice areas. Or, practice for a bit, then play a course…
Do multiple players cost more? No, the price is the same no matter the number of players. We generally recommend no more than 4 players at a time.
How far in advance can I reserve a tee time? Tee times can be reserved up to one week in advance. However, please remember to email, call, or text (preferred) us prior to reserving a tee time to make sure staff is available.
What is your cancellation policy: Tee times may be cancelled for a full refund up until 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations less than 24 hours will not be refunded. You may reschedule your tee time up until two hours beforehand with no penalty. Tee times can be managed on your Account page.
What if I run out of time? We leave a buffer of 15 minutes after every tee time. If you are playing a round and need more time, you can take a little more time to finish up. If no one has booked the next tee time, you can opt to pay to play or practice longer.
