Tee Times/Pricing
- What is your cancellation policy? Tee times may be cancelled for a full refund up until 24 hours before the start time. Cancellations less than 24 hours will not be refunded. You may reschedule your tee time up to 2 hours beforehand with no penalty. Tee times can be managed on your Account page.
- How far in advance can I reserve a tee time? Tee times can be reserved up to one week in advance.
- Do multiple players cost more? No, the price is the same no matter the number of players.
- How long will it take me to play? 18 holes can be played in approximately 2 – 2 1/2 hours with 2 players, 2 1/2 – 3 hours with 3 players, or 3 – 3 1/2 hours with 4 players. Typically, your first round will take a little longer than normal as you get used to playing in the simulator. Your time may vary…
- What if I run out of time? We leave a buffer of 15 minutes after every tee time. If you are playing a round and need more time, you can take a little more time to finish up. If no one has booked the next tee time, you can opt to pay to play or practice longer.
- Does it cost more if more than one person plays? No. The hourly price for simulator rental stays the same no matter how many people play or practice. Keep in mind that with more people you’ll progress more slowly and may need to reserve more time.

Playing/Practicing
- Is it realistic? Very! Not only do you feel like you’re on the course, but you feel all the same thrills and frustrations that you experience on a real course – except you don’t have to deal with the weather!
- How accurately does it track your shots? Amazingly well. We find that the driver and irons are tracked very much like we experience out on the course. Wedges are slightly less well tracked, but still realistic enough to allow you to improve. A few wedge shots, especially very short ones, are missed by the tracker and need to be repeated.
- What is Advanced Swing Analysis? It alllows you to use our ProTee VX Labs software which exposes all 25 data parameters and includes a dual high speed camera setup to allow you to do video analysis of your swing. See the Advanced Swing Analysis page for more information. This is now included with every tee time and the shot analysis is available after every shot, whether on the riving range or playing a course. Please note, there is no instructor or coach available to help you analyze the data or video, however there are links on the above page to sources that will help you better understand how to use the data to analyze your own swing.
- Do you use real golf balls? Yes indeed. We have a selection of balls you can use, but you can also use your own balls as well.
- What if I golf left handed? We’ve got you covered with hitting platforms on both the left and right side of the tee.
- Do I need my own clubs? We generally recommend bringing your own clubs as we only have a limited selection of clubs, including left handed ones, for you to borrow but they may not fit you well.
- How about chipping and putting? We do have the capability to simulate chipping and putting. The radar has the most difficulty tracking putts and very short chips, so you’ll occasionally have to hit them multiple times to register. Keep in mind when reserving tee times that if you choose to putt during a round, it will make for a decidedly longer round. When playing a round, you can choose to have players or the software decide how many putts to take; these modes significantly speed up the pace of play.
- Can I wear my golf shoes? Yes, you may as long as they are outfitted with plastic spikes. No metal spikes are allowed.
- What kind of behavior do you expect from players? Just like on a real course, we expect good golf etiquette, that other players will remain silent when others are hitting, and that all players follow all posted safety rules. Anyone not following the rules may be asked to leave, without a refund, and in certain cases, may be banned from renting in the future.
- Do you have clubs for me to use? Yes, we have a selection of both right and left handed clubs you can borrow; however, they are not top of the line.
