Our Mission

To provide a year round, affordable golf simulator experience in the pioneer valley of Western Massachusetts. Rain or shine, we’re here to let you practice your game, improve your swing, get feedback on your game, or just have fun playing.

You’ll be amazed by the realism, the fun, and how quickly you can improve your game!

Our Facility

Located in the picturesque New England town of Easthampton, Massachusetts in the New City section of town; Cottage Street Golf has 500 sq/ft of space devoted to golfing fun.

Our simulator sports a 12′ wide by 8′ high screen combined with a ProTee VX launch monitor and GSPro simulation software, providing you with an incredibly realistic and immersive golf experience. You’ll have endless fun – whether playing a simulated golf course or just hitting balls on the driving, chipping, or putting ranges.

How it all started

Winter. COVID. Two friends wishing they could golf!

George and Greg decided to buy a Mevo+ launch monitor so they could set up a simulator to while away the winter. They set it up in a very small room at the back of Greg’s cabinet shop. There was barely enough room to swing, but it worked and they couldn’t believe how fun and realistic it was. More importantly, they felt much more “in the groove” than normal when golfing outdoors for the first time in the spring. Using the Mevo’s shot feedback allowed them to continually improve their games.

When a larger room cleared out at the back of the shop, they decided to move the setup and get a bigger screen to make the experience even more immersive. Friends started clamoring to play, so they decided to open it up to the public and have since moved to our new location and upgraded to a ProTee VX launch monitor with GSPro simulation software. Now it’s your turn!
